How to Play Wolf

Wolf is a 3-4 player game where the partners can change every hole! Start by picking a permanent order of tee shots for the entire round: On hole 1, Player 1 tees off first, followed by Player 2, Player 3, and Player 4. On hole 2, the order switches to Player 2, Player 3, Player 4, and Player 1. The player set to tee off last on is the designated as the Wolf for that hole.

Here’s how the Wolf part works:

After the first player tees off (but before second player tees off), the Wolf gets to decide if they want to team up with the first player for the hole. The same decision happens after the second and third players tee off. If the Wolf still hasn’t picked a partner by the time the third player tees off, they can either partner up with the third player or go solo as the Lone Wolf, taking on all the other players alone.

Once teams for the hole are decided, a Scramble or Best-ball format is used. The team with the lowest score wins the hole, and each team member gets 1 point for the win. If the Wolf wins as a Lone Wolf, their points are doubled. And if there's a tie, no points are given.

Tally up each player's score at the end of the round to see who wins!
