Refund policy

At King of Clubs Scorecards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and inserts.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at Support@KingOfClubsScorecards.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged on arrival).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us at Support@KingOfClubsScorecards.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

We may arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To protect the integrity of our products and intellectual property, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Any item that appears copied, scanned, photocopied, or tampered with;

Items suspected of use for duplication or unauthorized commercial use;

Products returned outside of our stated conditions.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns for items that do not meet our policy requirements.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@KingOfClubsScorecards.com
