Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with King of Clubs Scorecards! Below is our official Shipping Policy, which outlines how we handle orders, delivery timelines, and related matters.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when applicable.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after processing.


4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. 

We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers or expedited shipping) or restricted locations as defined by law

If your address is undeliverable or incorrectly entered, we are not responsible for delivery issues or delays.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Damaged or missing items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Delayed or lost packages: Contact us if your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days.

While we are not responsible for carrier errors or delays, we’ll do our best to help resolve issues on your behalf.


6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees to resend.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once they are shipped.
